It was found that when sodium hydroxide solution was continuously added dropwise to the chromatography medium, measuring the pH of the supernatant found that it could maintain a fairly wide range of pH stability. It is precisely because of this property that HyperChrom DEAE HP Agarose chromatography media exhibits unexpected separation and purification effects. The chromatography medium can be well used for the isolation and purification of a variety of biomolecules, such as: recombinant proteins, antibodies, nucleic acids, viruses and virus-like particles, polysaccharides, etc.
